Responsible for managing daily floor operations, oversees and manages the front-of-house staff while coordinating with the back-of-house teams, monitor and maximize customer service and customer satisfaction, responding efficiently and accurately to any restaurant challenges, and giving necessary feedback and reports to upper management.
Ensures a great dining experience for guests through excellent customer service, welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen, provide detailed menu information, and multi-task with various front-of-the-house duties.
Efficiently and accurately manages all transactions, responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts, keeping track of all cash and credit transactions, guiding customers and provide them with relevant information.
